Individual Psychotherapy
I offer individual therapy that is both focused and flexible, tailored to your needs, something that feels present and important right now,.
Some people come in with a specific concern they want support around. Others are carrying patterns or experiences that take more time to work through.
We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you while still being intentional about the work we’re doing together.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed. I create a space where you can be heard, understood, and not feel like you have to hold everything on your own.
Together, we’ll begin to:
understand what you’ve been carrying
identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck
build tools that actually help you feel more grounded and in control
I use person-centered, culturally responsive, and strength-based approaches, along with compassion-focused techniques, to support both insight and real change.
-
Healing Circles Group Therapy Services
I offer healing-focused group spaces for individuals who want support while also feeling less alone in what they’re going through.
These groups are designed to create connection, shared understanding, and collective healing.
You’ll be in a space where others may be experiencing similar challenges, including:
stress and overwhelm
anxiety or low mood
difficulty sleeping or feeling mentally drained
relationship or family challenges
I also offer meditation and stress-relief groups where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and practice tools to feel more grounded.
These spaces are supportive, intentional, and centered around helping you feel seen not just as an individual, but within the community.
-
Short-term = focused, goal-based
Short-term therapy is more focused and structured.
We work on a specific concern something that feels present and important right now and begin building tools you can use in your day-to-day life.
This might look like:
managing anxiety or emotional overwhelm
navigating a current stressor or life transition
building coping strategies that feel more effective
The goal is not to fix everything at once, but to help you feel steadier, clearer, and more supported in a shorter period of time.
-
Ongoing = still intentional, regularly reviewed
Sometimes the work goes a little deeper.
If what you’re experiencing feels more layered whether that’s long-standing stress, self-worth challenges, or patterns that have been there for a while we may take more time to work through it.
This doesn’t mean therapy becomes open-ended.
We stay connected to your goals, check in on your progress, and make sure the work continues to feel purposeful and supportive.
